Braun Services processes personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection law of the country where we operate.

What we collect

Contact details — your name, e-mail address and phone number when you book, buy or send us a message.
Account data — if you create an account: e-mail address, name and your history with us.
Information you choose to share — anything you tell us so we can provide the service well and safely. It is used for that purpose alone and never shared.
Usage data — anonymous page-view counts. We do not use tracking cookies and cannot identify you from this data.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for, answer your messages, keep the records the law requires and, only with your consent, send you occasional news by e-mail. Every marketing e-mail includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Only the suppliers needed to run the service — e-mail delivery and, if you pay online, payment processing. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer and for the period required by law (tax and, where applicable, professional record-keeping rules). You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by e-mailing enquiries@rowanandcole.co.uk. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
